128. Michael HEIMBACH was born in 1750 in Pennsylvania.(248) He died on 9 Dec 1837 in Hemlock Twp., Columbia County, PA. (249) Michael, the third son of Peter and Elizabeth who landed in Philadelphia in 1749, was born in Pennsylvania in 1750, according to Military records available, and died December 9, 1837 in Hemlock Township, Columbia County, Pennsylvania. He enlisted as a young man in First Company, Sixth Battalion, Northampton County Militia in 1780 through 1785. Information concerning his wife is lacking but census and other records show he was the father of ten children, three sons and seven daughters, all born in Pennsylvania.

Phillip married Eva GEIGER. They had seven boys and several
daughters. Most of the children were born in Pennsylvania, but
the last son, Elias, was born in New York. Phillip and his wife
Eva are said to be the antecedents of the Wisconsin Himebaughs
and one son who went to Flint and Charlevoix, Michigan.

Jennie married a Mr. MENSH and it is belived they stayed in
Pennsylvania.

Betsy married a Mr. FRY and possibly remained in Pennsylvania.
viii. Sussana HEIMBACH was born in
Pennsylvania. Sussana married a Mr. WEAVER and it is said they
moved to Ohio.
ix. Maggie HEIMBACH was born in Pennsylvania.
Maggie married a Mr. WEAVER and it is said they moved to Ohio.
